If you don't know your username and/or password enter your e-mail address and company name. An e-mail message containing your username and password will be e-mailed.
Please note: To use this form, enter the company contact name as listed on the training locator. To find the contact name, follow this link to your company. Copy and paste the contact name into the 'Your Company Web Site Contact' text box shown below.
This information is site specific and confidential. When you press 'Submit', an e-mail will be automatically generated and sent to your contact person with your name, e-mail address and the login information. The contact person may then choose to forward the login information to you.
If there is no Web Site Contact listed for your company (or an e-mail address for them is missing), send a brief e-mail message to the CIW Program Team. Include your name, e-mail address, full company name and company address.
