Updates to the CIW Master Designer Track include upgrades to Adobe CS4 features and labs, recognizing the importance of Social Networking and implementing Web 2.0 Technologies, including wikis, folksonomies, webcasting, blogging and podcasting. CIW Master Designer identifies Open-Source models and technologies, Updating Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Technologies. Also, Ecommerce concepts that teach you how to conduct business online and manage the technical issues associated with constructing an e-commerce Web site. You will learn about the similarities and differences between traditional and electronic commerce, and will explore e-commerce technologies at various levels of sophistication using realistic business modeling and technology adoption models charts.
Master CIW v5 Designer Track is comprised of the CIW Associate certification (Foundations), Design Methodology and Technology (Site Designer) and Ecommerce Designer.
