Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, support and maintain web sites, applications, and databases for both external and internal audiences
• Perform requirements gathering including interaction with program managers and subject matter experts
• Write documentation, functional specifications, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Develop and improve products with customer feedback (prototypes, demos, beta testing)
• Create, update, and maintain web sites, applications and databases
• Assist in the configuration, management and troubleshooting of web and database servers (IIS and SQL)

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 4+ years of software development experience with a focus on web application programming and database design. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret clearance is required
• Must hold an active Certified Internet Web (CIW) Professional certification, or must obtain one within 3 months of hire date
