Additional Description

This job will have the following responsibilities

• Serve as the SharePoint Administrator and Developer for the organization39s Intranet and Document Management System (SharePoint 2010 and 2013)
• Ensure site content is continually kept up to date
• Permissions Management across multiple Site Collections + Manage content migrations
• Development of Pages, Sites, Site Collections, Custom Web Parts, and InfoPath forms
• Leverage SharePoint business intelligence capabilities via dashboard reporting (using KPIs, Excel services, SQL reporting services, etc.)
• Establishing interoperability across other enterprise systems and SharePoint
• Establishment of SharePoint governance policies, business rules, and best practices
• Troubleshooting issues with end users and providing training
• Conduct regularly scheduled audits
• Collecting and documenting user requirements, including gathering, analyzing and summarizing information from internal and external stakeholders
• Research, analyze, and recommend solutions to meet current and future business needs
• Evaluate defined program goals and targets to identify gaps and make recommendations for improvement via Business Process Automation development of workflows using both SharePoint OOTB functionality and building custom workflows
• Complete timely work that has been reviewed for completeness and accuracy

• Ability to maintain a balance of business and technical perspectives
• Good listening skills and ability to innovate and brainstorm around business ideas and needs + Good judgment, creativity and strategic thinking
• Attention to detail + Experienced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery, XML, SQL, InfoPath, Visual Studio a bonus

Education and Qualifications
